Funbit AS, on behalf of Feste Trafikkskole AS, collects de-identified information about visitors to www.festetrafikkskole.no. The purpose of this is to compile statistics that we use to improve and further develop the information offered on the website. Examples of what the statistics answer are how many people visit different pages, how long visits last, which websites users come from and which browsers are used.

The information is processed in de-identified and aggregated form. De-identified means that we cannot trace the information we collect back to the individual user. We collect the full IP address, but the IP address is de-identified so that only the first three groups of the address are used to generate statistics. That means that if the IP address consists of the numbers 195.159.103.82, only 195.159.103.xx is used. In addition, the IP addresses are processed at an aggregated level, meaning that all data is combined into a group and not processed individually.

We use the analytics tools Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel on our website. Information from these tools is not disclosed by Feste Trafikkskole AS or Funbit AS to other parties.

The information collected by Google Analytics is stored on Google's servers in the USA. Information received is subject to Google's privacy policy.

Project management tools

All enquiries that come from our website festetrafikkskole.no are recorded in monday.com. The reason for this is to handle and manage enquiries internally. Personal data linked to an enquiry may be stored in this tool. This is information such as name, phone number, email address, information about the task and other relevant information.

Feste Trafikkskole AS uses the administration and booking system TABS. TABS stores information about name, email, phone number, date of birth and national identity number, as well as information related to driver training. The personal data is processed in order to fulfil driver-training agreements with students, public requirements, and as a basis for invoicing.

Email and phone

Feste Trafikkskole AS uses email and phone as part of its daily work.

Feste Trafikkskole AS's employees also use email and SMS in ordinary communication with internal and external contacts. Each individual is responsible for deleting messages that are no longer relevant, and at least once a year reviewing and deleting unnecessary content in their mailbox. On leaving employment, email accounts are deleted, but certain relevant emails will normally be transferred to colleagues.

Sensitive personal data must not be sent by email or SMS.

Please note that ordinary email is unencrypted. We therefore advise you not to send confidential, sensitive or other private information by email.

Employees have an overview of the most recent calls on their phones. If a phone call is linked to a specific case, a note may be written after the call and recorded. No other systematic recording of phone calls in which the caller can be identified is carried out.

Information about employees

Feste Trafikkskole AS processes personal data about its employees in order to administer payroll, HR responsibilities and accounting. The legal basis follows from the Personal Data Act § 8, first paragraph, and § 8 a), b) or f), as well as § 9 a), b) and f). The general manager and accounting have day-to-day responsibility for this. Necessary data is recorded for the payment of wages, for example basic data, salary level, time recording, tax rate, tax municipality and trade union membership. Other information about employees is linked to the person's job instructions and the arrangement of their work. Information about access management in the IT system is also recorded.

The information is obtained from the employees themselves. The information is only disclosed in connection with wage payments and other statutory disclosures. Deletion routines for personal data follow the Accounting Act and the Archives Act. Information about name, position, phone, email and photo is considered public information and may be published on Feste Trafikkskole AS's website.

Rights

Anyone who asks is entitled to basic information about the processing of personal data in an organisation under the Personal Data Act § 18, first paragraph. Feste Trafikkskole AS has provided this information in this policy, and will refer to it in the event of any requests. Those registered in one of Feste Trafikkskole AS's systems are entitled to access their own data. They also have the right to request that incorrect or incomplete data, or data that Feste Trafikkskole AS has no right to process, be corrected, deleted or supplemented. Requests from the data subject must be answered free of charge and within 30 days at the latest.
